Binghamton University RN to BSN




 

Basic Information: Binghamton University is located in Binghamton, New York. Students must have an associate's degree and an active RN license to be eligible for this program.

Program Length: There is a part-time, full-time, and one year accelerated program length option.  Once the prerequisite courses are complete, most students complete the program in two years.  Courses generally start in the fall semester, but students may inquire about starting in the spring.

Nursing Prerequisites: Courses that must be completed prior to starting nursing courses include two composition courses, Statistics, Biology, Anatomy & Physiology I/II, two Chemistry courses (including Inorganic, Organic, and Biochemistry), Psychology, Developmental Psychology, and Microbiology.  Prerequisite courses must be completed with a grade of a C- or better.

Prior Classwork Information: Students must have a cumulative GPA of at least a 3.0 or better.
