Basic Information: Loyola University is located in Chicago, Illinois.  This program is for students who have already earned a bachelor's degree in another field and have finished the basic requirements for their BSN.  There are 60 students admitted each fall and spring semester.

Must Dos: Students must apply to Loyola University and to the College of Nursing.

Program Length: 16 months.

Nursing Prerequisites: Courses include General Chemistry with lab, Organic Chemistry with lab, Anatomy & Physiology with lab, Microbiology, Psychology, Developmental Psychology, English, History, and Statistics.  Science prerequisite courses must be completed with a grade of B or better.  All other prerequisite courses must be completed with a grade of C- or better.

Prior Classwork Information: Students must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
