Basic Information: San Jose State University is located in San Jose, California.  This program is for students who have already earned a bachelor's degree in another field and have finished the basic requirements for their BSN.

Nursing Prerequisites: Courses include Anatomy, Physiology, Microbiology, English, and Statistics. Prerequisite courses must be completed with a grade of C or better with a cumulative prerequisite GPA of 3.0 or better.  

Prior Classwork Information: Students must have a cumulative GPA of at least a 3.0 or better.

Admission Tests:  Students must complete the Written Skills Test (WST) and the Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS) exam  prior to applying to the program.
