Second Degree Accelerated BSN
Basic Information: This branch of the University of Missouri is located in Columbia, Missouri. This program is for students who have already earned a bachelor's degree in another field and have finished the basic requirements for their BSN.
Must Dos: Students must apply to the University of Missouri and to the College of Nursing.
Program Length: This program lasts 15 months. This program starts in May and finishes in July the following year.
Nursing Prerequisites: Courses include Chemistry, Nutrition or Diet Therapy, Microbiology, Anatomy & Physiology with Labs, Pharmacology, and Statistics. Courses must be completed with a grade of at least a C or better.
Prior Classwork Information: Students must have at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA.
