Nursing Prerequisites: Courses include Anatomy & Physiology I/II, Math (three credit hours), Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Consumer Health Promotion, Freshman English, Sophomore Literature, US History to 1865, US History 1865 to present, Federal & State Government I/II, Computer Applications for Healthcare Professionals, Statistics, Pathophysiology, Public Speaking, and an Art, Theater, or Music Course. Prerequisite courses must be completed with a grade of a C or better.
Prior Classwork Information: Students must have a a prior GPA of at least a 2.5 or better.

Admission Tests: Students must complete the Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS V) nursing entrance assessment. Students must also complete the SAT or ACT for admission to the university.
