Basic Information: Arkansas State University is located in Jonesboro, Arkansas. This program is set up for the entry-level freshman wishing to gain their BSN or transfer students who have completed their general education requirements.
Must Dos: Students must apply to Arkansas State University and to the College of Nursing.
Program Length: Four years including prerequisite classes.
Nursing Prerequisites: Courses include English Composition I/II, College Algebra, Psychology, U.S. History OR U.S. Government, and Human Anatomy & Physiology I/II with Lab. Microbiology with Lab or Chemistry with Lab can be substituted for above science classes. These courses must be completed with a grade of a C or better.
Prior Classwork Information: Students must have at least a 2.8 cumulative GPA.
