Basic Information: Central Connecticut State University is located in New Britain, Connecticut. This program is set up for the entry-level freshman wishing to gain their BSN or transfer students who have completed their general education requirements.

Nursing Prerequisites: High school applicants must be eligible to enroll in General Chemistry (meaning a math score of either a 550 or higher for the SAT or 24 or higher for the ACT). Transfer students must have a C or better in required science courses and a C+ or better in General Chemistry. All nursing courses must have been completed with a grade of B- or better. Prior Classwork Information: Students must have a cumulative GPA of at least a 3.0 or higher.
