Basic Information: Florida Gulf Coast University is located in Fort Meyers, Florida. This program is set up for the entry-level freshman wishing to gain their BSN or transfer students who have completed their general education requirements.
Must Dos: Students must apply to Florida Gulf Coast State University and to the College of Nursing.
Program Length: Students starting in fall semester will complete the program in five consecutive semesters. Students starting in spring semester will complete the program in six consecutive semesters.
Nursing Prerequisites: Courses include Anatomy & Physiology with Lab, Chemistry, Principles of Development, Nutrition, Microbiology with Lab, Psychology, and Statistics. Prior Classwork Information: Students must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
