Basic Information: Georgia Southern University is located in Statesboro, Georgia. Must Dos: Students must apply to Georgia Southern University as a pre-nursing major. Students then apply to the nursing program after completing 45 credits of prerequisite and general education courses.

Nursing Prerequisites: All prerequisite courses to the nursing program can be found here. Students must have earned a grade of C or better in "Area A courses, Lab Sciences, Statistics, Chemistry, Anatomy & Physiology I/II with Lab, Lifespan Human Growth & Development, and Microbiology."
Prior Classwork Information: Students must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
