Basic Information: Johns Hopkins University is located in Baltimore, Maryland. Their NCLEX passing rate in 2011 was 99.5%. This program is for students who have already earned a bachelor's degree in another field and have finished the basic requirements for their BSN. 

Must Dos: Students must apply to Johns Hopkins and to the College of Nursing.

Program Length: There are two different accelerated programs at Johns Hopkins. The Summer-Entry is 13 months long and begins in May.  The Fall-Entry is 17 months long and begins in August.

Prerequisites: Courses include Anatomy & Physiology, Microbiology, Nutrition, Human Growth & Development Across the Lifespan, and Statistics. All courses must be completed with a grade of at least a B.

Prior Classwork Information: The website does not list a required prior GPA.
