Touro University Nevada BSN




 

Basic Information: Touro University Nevada is located in Henderson, Nevada.  This program is set up for the entry-level freshman wishing to gain their BSN or transfer students who have completed their general education requirements.

Must Dos: Students must apply to Touro University Nevada.

Program Length: Four semesters or 16 months. Students must have previously completed 60 credit hours of required general education and nursing prerequisite courses.

Nursing Prerequisites: All prerequisite and general education requirements can be found here.  Prerequisite courses include Chemistry with Lab, Anatomy & Physiology I/II with Lab, Microbiology with Lab, Nutrition, Psychology, Human Growth & development, and College Math or Statistics.  These courses must all be completed with a grade of a C or better.

Prior Classwork Information: Students must have a cumulative GPA of at least a 3.0.

Admission Tests: Students must complete the Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS) exam.
