Troy University BSN
Basic Information: Troy University is located in Troy, Alabama. This program is meant for students who have completed all general education and prerequisite courses wishing to get their BSN.
Must Dos: Students must apply to Troy University and to the College of Nursing.
Program Length: The program lasts five semesters and is completed during your junior and senior year.
Nursing Prerequisites: Courses include English Composition I/II, Chemistry with Lab, Pre-Calculus Algebra, University Orientation, two Fine Arts classes (four credit hours), Anatomy & Physiology with Lab, Psychology or Sociology or Anthropology, Statistics, Fundamentals of Speech, Computer Concepts & Applications, Ethics & the Modern World, Microbiology with Lab, Literature, Developmental Psychology, Nutrition, and Pathophysiology. Prior Classwork Information: Students must have at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA.
Application Information: The application for the College of Nursing can be found here. There is a $20 non-refundable application fee.
