University of Central Arkansas BSN
Basic Information: The University of Central Arkansas is located in Conway, Arkansas. One class of nursing students are admitted each year for fall admission. This program is set up for the entry-level freshman wishing to gain their BSN or transfer students who have completed their general education requirements.
Must Dos: Students must apply to the University of Central Arkansas and to the College of Nursing.
Program Length: The nursing portion of the BSN is three years long.
Nursing Prerequisites: Courses include Psychology, Anatomy & Physiology, Fine Arts/Humanities OR Diversity/Creative Works OR American History/Government, Diversity in World Cultures, General Chemistry, Introduction to College Writing, Academic Writing, and College Algebra. All prerequisite courses must be completed with a grade of a C or better.
Prior Classwork Information: Students must have a prior cumulative GPA of a 2.5 or higher.
