University of Hawaii Hilo BSN Program
Basic Information: The University of Hawaii Hilo is located in Hilo, Hawaii. This program is set up for the entry-level freshman wishing to gain their BSN or transfer students who have completed their general education requirements.
Must Dos: Students must apply to the University of Hawaii Hilo and to the College of Nursing.
Program Length: Four years total.
Nursing Prerequisites: Courses include Anthropology, one Communication course, Psychology, Anatomy & Physiology with Lab, Microbiology with Lab, Survery of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry, Pharamcology, Statistics, Developmental Psychology, Pathophysiology, Nutrition. Students must complete these courses with a GPA of at least 2.0 or better. All courses must be completed with a grade of C or better.
Prior Classwork Information: Students must have a cumulative GPA of 2.7 or better.
