Basic Information: The University of Kansas is located in Kansas City, Kansas. This program is set up for the entry-level freshman wishing to gain their BSN or transfer students who have completed their general education requirements.
Must Dos: Students must apply to the University of Kansas and to the College of Nursing.
Program Length: Four semesters long (Fall, Spring, Fall, Spring).
Prerequisites: Courses include English Composition I/II, Humanities elective, Speech or Communication, Non-Western Culture course or Cultural Anthropology, Psychology, Sociology, Child or Human Development, College Algebra, Biology with Lab, Microbiology with Lab, Chemistry with Lab, Anatomy & Physiology I/II with Lab, Nutrition, and Statistics.
Prior Classwork Information: Students must have cumulative GPA of 2.5 or better.
