University of Wisconsin Milwaukee BSN




 

Basic Information: This branch of the University of Wisconsin is located in various locations that include Milwaukee, Parkside, and Washington County.  This program is set up for the entry-level freshman wishing to gain their BSN or transfer students who have completed their general education requirements.

Must Dos: Students must apply to the University of Wisconsin and to the College of Nursing.

Program Length: The program is four years total. Students apply to the nursing major after their second year of schooling.

Prior Classwork Information: If applying during high school, students must have an ACT score of 19 or higher, one year of high school chemistry, and meet university admission requirements (found here).  For transfer students, you must have at least a B or higher in one of the required sciences, at least 15 credits successfully completed, and cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
