Basic Information: Washington State University is located in Spokane, Washington. This program is set up for the entry-level freshman wishing to gain their BSN or transfer students who have completed their general education requirements.
Must Dos: Students must apply to the College of Nursing. If you are accepted in the College of Nursing, you then apply to Washington State University.
Program Length: Four semesters.
Nursing Prerequisites: Courses include Anatomy & Physiology I/II, Chemistry with Lab (eight credit hours), Human Growth & Development, Human Nutrition, Sociology, Psychology, Microbiology, and Statistics. Students must have a cumulative prerequisite GPA of 3.0 or better. All individual courses must be completed with a 2.0 or better. Students must have completed 50 hours of volunteer or work experience.
Prior Classwork Information: Students must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
